Positives:
The room we had was spacious. The shower was good. The location was good.
Negatives:
The place is older, needs some TLC. The room we had was super basic and plain... it could use some decoration to make it more appealing. Neither the mattress nor the living room furniture was very comfortable. The A/C was super cold... this could be a plus for some or a minus for others.

Not so clean, Old furniture. Cereals and juice cant be consider breakfast in my opinion.
