Negatives: The hotel next door they suck we originally had booked a two night stay at the hotel next door to the quality suites and me and my husband and our two year old daughter and her 3-year-old son or terrified of the hotel that is next door we go over to this place ( Quality Suites) they were nothing but amazing and the rooms are beautiful and so very clean I have SEVERE OCD and everything was up to my standards!! The front desk man was absolutely amazing I went in and explain what had happened that I had booked a room for 2 days at that terrible hotel and that I needed to just check with him that his hotel was absolutely going to be what me and my husband and my two kids were looking for as far as comfort and cleanliness goes and he goes yeah let me just get your ID go check it out before you even pay for it I was like really oh my goodness that's amazing so I did I walked in it took me two seconds I walked right back out and I booked two days absolutely beautiful rooms absolutely gorgeous and great staff more than great they're very in tune and very proper and caring very very caring I absolutely love that about them especially the one guy I don't know his name but he was there the two times I went up to the front desk I wish I would have asked him his name. Anyways needless to say there was nothing I didn't like about this beautiful place I stayed I just didn't like the place next door!!

Negatives: Didn’t stay long enough. I can’t believe I hadn’t found this place sooner when I visit my family.

Negatives: Stale cigarette smoke smells

Negatives: No lamps in the room, just overhead lights.

Negatives: The front facade is dated as is the front reception area

Negatives: The receptionist was absolutely terrible- we booked thru booking and she could not figure out how to get us our booking so I rebooked thru booking and I was suppose to be discounted $40 and never got the refund- she refused to give it to us. Also the toilet that was recently installed in the bathroom is NOT safe, it is leaking gas fumes as you can see it’s not bolted down correctly too. So not good for a long stay!!!

Negatives: Breakfast was sparse

Negatives: Just old and run down, although they are trying to remodel. Recently painted a depressing tan color. Was obviously recently bought from the chain "RR". There was plenty of room as it was a suite with office space and separate living room. As we were on vacation, it would have been nice to have another chair in the office, so we could use it as a dining table. The living room area (with second TV ) was a complete waste of space-very uncomfortable sofa. Maybe children could use the sofa bed, but I doubt that an adult could endure.
