I enjoyed the breakfast. I picked the week it was a lot of rain so I didn't get to enjoy the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a great location. I lovee the dual thermostat.

The property has a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of the questions we had. The pool was clean and complimentary breakfast was great.
Negatives:
On booking.com it lists the property as having free parking but we were told upon arrival that it was $20 for parking for the duration of our stay. Not a big deal but we thought it was free

I couldn't rate the breakfast - as it was until 10am, but no one warned me about it - we went out for breakfast at 10:03am - and couldn't eat, also a consequence of the stay - they charged an additional $120 from my card for alcohol at the bar, which, according to the hotel, was drunk before I checked into the hotel - after 1.5 weeks of arguing - the money was returned - all is well, but I wanted to do without it.

my husband is in a wheelchair, and we have a puppy which is his support animal.
we couldn't leave her in the room by herself and when My grandson went to get us food, they wouldn't let him bring food up. We had a glass shower and picked a handicap option and ended up with a non-ADA room the farthest from the elevator. Very horrible experience didn't get free breakfast. Didn't have chairs or beds or toilet or shower my husband could even use. Wasn't treated with respect. As a 100% service injured veteran wasn't considered with respect. I was loading up my husband's wheelchair and in a handicap parking spot. Lawn crew was asking me to move, and I said I will as soon as I get his oxygen, wheelchair, walker loaded. Felt like a burden. I actually got a total of 8 min in the pool.
