Positives: Bathroom was dirty, bathtub had hair and dust sheets had some stains, room outdated. Long wait at check in counter. Host was kindof rude asking for credit card to pay for pet fee saying that since reserved thru booking.com they couldnt just add the fee, no breakfast included as shown in photos

Negatives: Online photos show arcade games pool table and lively atmosphere, none of that is available. Had to wait a long time for checking in, then had to wait a little more when checking out at the front desk, when checking out all you should do is collect keys and thank guest, not tell them to to wait then check on things then finally tell them ok thank you
