Negatives: This was a terrible experience. I would not have booked two nights here. I came here to check in, the outside looked lovely. The receptionist was pleasant and attentive. The security guard Zac was kind enough to come to my aid. The greeting rooms were clean and welcoming. I even seen the kid zone. Upon entering the room it was dusty with roaches and the shower + toilet were dirty. There was also no running water. The water stains on the ceilings is a health code violation. I am travelling with a toddler. The customer service was pleasant. However, where me and my loved one (child) had to rest our heads was not. I would like a night refunded for the inconvenience.

Negatives: The sink drain was clogged and the shower also drained water very slowly and the door to enter and close it was very hard.

Negatives: The lady at the checking at the front desk name Jean was very very rude to us upon our checking, she was given us a lot of nasty attitude when we were asking questions telling us that it’s she a lone working she was given us two king beds room I told her no we requested for one king bed room and a queen size bed room also the rooms that she gave us were for a part from each other the king room was 361 the bed were very uncomfortable it keeps on squeaking the iron board covers were dirty in the both rooms .in room 368 were the double bed room when we checked in to the room there were a hair from the previous guest on one of the pillows no blanket are pillow into the closet one of the bed have a dirty spot marked on the sheet the clock in the room were saying the wrong time with the alarm on going off at 4:00 am in the morning waking us up. The phone in the room were plugged out and not working my husband went down to speak to the front desk staff jean about all the problems that we finds in the room she told him that there’s nothing she can do so she gave us one blanket and some towels and washed cloths and blame the housekeeping department for there poor job she said no maintenance is there that time of the night but we can take the hotel Manager number but he’s not going to do anything about it because they’re all friends also the extra amenities that we requested on our booking weren’t there also.

Negatives: Everything else. From the photos advertised on Booking and their own personal website verses what my family and I walked into was vastly different. We had several mold spots, an unclean atmosphere, dead bugs on the shower tile, hallway smelt terrible, patio had puddles of water, a large pipe ran through the top of the room. And more

Negatives: Absolutely filthy. Housekeeping should be fired! Needs a whole revamping.

Negatives: There was no hot water for our entire stay

Negatives: When I arrived with my family at the hotel, they informed us that there was no hot water and that there was no room with two queen beds as I had reserved. When I asked for the Manager, she informed me that she canceled my reservation, but did not ask for a refund of the money. I had to Book through you another hotel, as you can see in my records with you, much more expensive, I just hope that the money that I could not enjoy this hotel will be returned to me.

Negatives: No hot water a/c barely working rooms were rather warm had to go buy fans elevator kept breaking down shower faucet broke couldn't shower floors filthy dirty had to go buy a mop
