Negatives: The smell in the hotel, the pics online did not match the actual look of the room. The bathroom had rust on sink and tub faucets. The coating in tub was deteriorating (had to buy a tub mat).

Negatives: The door got stuck opening and closing. My kids got locked inside the room because the door lock wouldn’t disengage and nobody could open the door. The maintenance man had to ram the door and break it. He stated “I’ve been telling them over and over to replace the locks but nobody listens to me”. My children and 9 and 2 and were completely locked inside on the 5th story. When I went to speak to the front desk attendant she acted as though I was bothering her asking for someone to help me get my children out. Ontop of that the next morning when I asked to speak with a manager because nobody would answer the front desk phone after the door was broken to get to my kids the manager refused to come speak with me and when I asked for a refund because I noted the door not working properly the first night she told me she could only refund 56 dollars because “thats all the time I had an issue not the entire night”. My children were absolutely terrified and I think it’s unprofessional to only refund 56 dollars when the nightly rate was 126.

Negatives: Rooms were disgusting. Nothing like the pictures online. Dead cock roaches in the hallways. Was there on first day and still there when we left.

Negatives: The bathroom was way too small. It looked so old, full of hidden mold, the patching job was horrific. You have to sit sideways on the toilet. If you wanted to sit normally, your head would hit a big porcelain towel holder that doesn’t have a stick to be used. The bathroom needs a complete makeover. I was glad that the sink was outside at the entrance of the room. Also, the elevator is small and super slow. We always had to use the ugly and smelly staircase. We couldn’t wait to get out of there! Never going back there again!

Negatives: the toilet could of been fixed after several requests could of been offered another room hotter water

Negatives: Our room was very dirty. When we asked for a different room we were told we couldn't change rooms...

Negatives: Service towels weren’t replaced Trash not emptied

Negatives: The hotel rooms were not that clean, also the elevator kept breaking down. Having elderly people there is not good. Especially when you put them on the 5 th floor.

Negatives: Terrible conditions. They couldn't find our reservations. The receptionist did not want to do anything to contact the manager and find information about our reservation. I am grateful to the Booking employee who called the hotel and resolved the issue... Dirty rooms, our room smelled like paint - later it became clear that the bathroom had been renovated. I do not recommend staying there, the photos of the hotel on the Internet do not correspond to reality.

Negatives: The sheets were dirty and because of that I was itchy . I Easley for an extra sheet but they didn’t have none so I was very disappointed,
