Positives: I wouldn't say I liked anything about this hotel besides location/pricing.
Negatives: Yes I didn't like the fact that our room was infested with roaches. I'm not talking 1 or 2. I'm talking about lots just roaming around during the night. Also didn't think it was fair I had to take out our trash. Never had a cleaning person come by either

Positives: I booked the king spa suite to use the hot tub, due to my suffering from severe abdominal pains. The spa jets barely worked, I couldve farted in the tub and got as many if not more bubbles! Then the TV didnt work... No picture.. No Sound!!! The Wifi was sometimey... in and out, and I have AT&T and have had no issues elsewhere. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was instead offered a refund if I was willing to check out... it was 10pm at nite! Really?!? Then I was advised the Manager would be in in the morning. The Manager came in and denied any issues w Wifi, despit the pics i showed him of my phone not able to get service. The manager then said he understood because the tv wasnt working and that I would be refunded via Booking . com. Well, Im still waiting on my refund!!! My next plan of action will be to write a letter to corporate.

Negatives: The lady in the front was rude when giving us an room, and when I asked her to changed rooms because I didnt want my daughter in a room that smelled like someone smoked 100 cigs in there. I changed rooms and that room smelled horrible too, like cigs and weed. We changed rooms again for the 3rd time and that room smelled bad of cigs too. I I had to go out and buy freeze and air freshener. It still didnt help much. The toilet seat was stained with something black and blue on it, the bed sheets had holes in them as if someone put a cig out on them. The beds were uncomfortable. There no light really, the wifi and tv dont work. Then on time to check out we were packing up our stuff and worker comes banging on the door saying check out time when it was 10:20am we had plenty of time. She came back every 10 minutes. It was as if she was trying to kick us out. We left at 10:45am and as we were walking out the lady said oh yall are finally leaving. We told her lady look its not even 11 yet we got 15 mins. And she said I dont care. The staff is rude as fuck. And heres an idea if yall dont want people to smoke, charge them a fee if the room smells like smoke so other people dont get upset when they bring there children with them. Do better.
