The breakfast was good. We can't remember what all we had. The attendant was friendly and joyful. The woman at the desk was friendly & guickly came up to the room to get the TV working. A light was on in the back but the set itself was unplugged.

We loved the room size and set up!

One room was so hot it took hours to cool down. After a 9 hour drive we wanted a cold room to lay down. We rented two rooms and one room had stains on the sheets and a pair of men’s underwear on the bathroom floor making us believe the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We drove to Florida and stayed at Comfort Inn and suites on the way down. It was a 10 across the board and was amazing. Your place has so much potential and why did I receive a notice the pool was out of service the day before I arrive for repair. But you could see the pool was running and in perfect working order. We feel we were tricked because the construction was in the hallway and was completed. Probably wont stay here again.

Conviently located right off of the highway. Room was clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly and I absolutely loved Miss Freida (spelling) that served the breakfast. Breakfast was hot and good with a good selection. This is my 3rd time staying as I travel back and forth the SC and I will be back again!

The door to the room sticks, almost threw out a hip to open it and it had greasy finger prints all over the door handle...didnt noticed until i grabbed the handle to open the door. the coffee maker in the room did not have all of the parts to it so I was unable to make coffee in the room but they had coffee available at breakfast.

Positives:
very nice breakfast area. Very friendly gal taking care of the area.. I like when there are hard boiled eggs. I like that the bed was facing the window, so that the TV was facing out towards the hall and not towards the next room.
Negatives:
Would have liked 2 extra pillows on the bed . I think I asked for at least one when I reserved, but it was not there , and hubby always says forget it. Hallways were very cold but room was comfortable

A/C was not turned on and it was 78 in the room. The reservation was made and prepaid, so they knew we would be there. The handle in the tub fell off when adjusting the water and toilet seat had a broken bolt. When we called front desk we were told she was the only employee on property. You could tell she was very frustrated.

Well there was a dirty Q-tip on bathroom counter (have photo) of second room and the shampoo container was empty. Oh, and the first room air conditioner didn’t work at all. Trash cans on outside were running over. Went into area over half the items offered were empty while I stood and watched the staff member stand in the food prep area playing with their phone and warning his breakfast in the microwave while guests did without. For instance, the bowl containing ice where yogurt is normally kept for guest remained empty the entire time I was in the setting area (about 35 minutes).

One of the worst at a Hampton Inn and Suites.
Positives:
The stay was very pleasant and the stff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean for someone who is very particular about cleanliness I was very surprised at how clean it was. I would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
The only suggestion I have is the shower head had buildup and definitely need to be changed out and the company may want to invest in shampooing the carpets on a quarterly basis. I did see a few really dark stains in the carpet.

First room we checked into smelled badly like bad odor. The lady at front desk immediately checked us into another room. This room was ok. The bathroom smelled like smoke and the A/C wasn’t working very well. Luckily it was a cooler day so it wasn’t too hot. The carpet needs to be taken out as it is old and worn.
