Negatives: Would not let me get a refund even after a medical emergency

Negatives: Somewhat unorganized I reserved a king and got a double room

Negatives: The other tenants were very loud and disturbing across from our room slamming doors and screaming at her children all day and all hours of the night

Negatives: Unhygenic, Poor Maintenance, Dusty furniture, Very poor Breakfast

Negatives: Very dirty, bugs in room,sheets dirty, floor looked like it hadn’t been clean ever, sticky, hair, dirt. When I went back to ask for another room he looked at me like what there’s a bug? Second room had a silverfish also floor dirty but better hair.

Negatives: We did not stay, after seeing our room, we went to another hotel. The sad thing is this Royal Inn would not refund one day out of the 5 day reservation. We were there 15 minutes, and they charged us for a full day's stay. Also, booking.com did not help to secure this return. We would not recommend this establishment.

Negatives: There’s no way this hotel deserves a “7” rating—more like a “5” at best. As soon as we walked to our room, we noticed how filthy the hallway carpet was—stained throughout and clearly not vacuumed in quite some time. The room itself was spacious, but everything felt dated, and overall cleanliness was lacking. One of the beds appeared to have been slept in, and it seemed like the linens hadn’t been changed as there were stains on bedding. When we went down for coffee around 7:45 a.m., there was only a thermal carafe with barely half a cup left—and no staff in sight to replenish it. The “breakfast” was disappointing: a few scraped-up eggs, three containers of yogurt, two hotdog buns no sausage and one English Muffin in a ziplock and a waffle maker. We didn’t bother with any of it. The floor of our room was sticky when you walk in the bedroom… I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I travel a lot rarely if ever stayed in a place that was that filthy. Really $100 and some for that …. A total rip off . They must have paid people to get sick a good rating

Negatives: Our room had broken sink faucets . No chair for sitting. Shower head didn't work properly. Tub had marks. Sheets had long black hair.

Negatives: It was a joke. Our room was not furnished for anywhere to put our suitcase, dirty looking and CHEAP towels. Louzy SMALL soap, shampoo, conditioner, one coffee for pot, floors were sticky, every glass door, mirror wiped with a filmy cloth, YUK YUK YUK!

Negatives: Not very clean! Duvet was dirty on bed, stuff in floors, looked like boogers on shower wall, and there was weed on the bathroom sink! Also there were stained or dirty towels hung up in the bathroom!

Negatives: I didn't figure out how to use the TV I was to tired to ask for help

Negatives: I didn’t like the breakfast. They served hotdogs and chips, eggs and kids muffins.
