The staff was amazing, but the room was not what I expected. I was in an executive suite, but my refrigerator had no shelve so I was not able to put anything in it, and in the description it stated I was supposed to have a microwave and I didn’t. The room was also not serviced by room service while I were there. I understand about staffing levels, but I should’ve been told at check in if the room would not be serviced. I was staying there for work and working at a warehouse all weekend so the towels needed to be replaced daily and they weren’t.
