Negatives: One towel and zero toilet paper in the room. Lights and room phone didn’t work. Worst is the parking space. So tiny both of my cars were damaged.

Negatives: Filled with roaches!!!!

Negatives: Hotel cancelled my booking and gave my reserved room away to another guest (probably to make more money). I previously informed them that I'd arrive around 11pm and they confirmed that would be fine. I got a phone call at 10:30pm saying that they ran out of rooms. The whole reason I made a reservation was to secure a room! Then their off-site reservation office said they could get me in at another location a few miles away, but they wouldn't give me the same price that I booked at and wanted to charge me more. To top it all off they CHARGED my card for the original reservation that they gave to someone else. Book here at your own risk! You might get a room, you might be left stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night trying to find another hotel. You have been warned.

Negatives: The first room had roaches. I switched to a second room only to find more roaches. The hallways had an unpleasent smell. There was a one hundred dollar deposit fee that wasn't stated on the booking app. Given the conditions of the living space, it wasn't worth it.

Negatives: Bfast, option.

Negatives: When we arrived, there was a hot water truck provider located right out front of the entrance. There were 3 BIG water lines hooked together with caution tape that ran through the front doors, in front of the check in desk to the maintenance room. It was a total accident waiting to happen incident. Spoke with young girl at desk, after waiting almost 30 minutes, she was on smoke break. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, she responded she would have to talk with her supervisor, she walked through same door she just came out of, stayed gone 15 minutes to come tell us, it was out of their hands. I asked why I had not recieved email.or call about this incident. Was told it was not their responsibility, I had booked through Booking.com. I was by far NOT happy. Told her that there needed to be a sign out front advising to watch your step or something. She then told me I was being aggressive. I pointed out that this was all on tape.. I offered to go ahead and pay for room,, then she informed me that there would be a $100 deposit needed for our 2 rooms. I said plus the rate I was quoted... she replied yes!! I told her she needed to talk to someone higher up,, because this was unacceptable. She left through same door to call her manager, came back 10 minutes later to tell us that we would not be receiving discount and advised us to cancel our reservations and find somewhere else to stay. So I.cancelled, got receipt and left. I would NOT advise anyone to stay here.

Negatives: For 1 night, it was exactly what I needed; there wasn't anything I wanted more. If I'd had a longer stay, the need to ask for plates and utensils might have been a bother.
