Negatives: If you advertise breakfast and a pool you should either provide them or update your reservation listings accordingly. You are cheating paying customers by not providing them. Staff didn't come to work? -- not my problem and an unprofessional excuse.

Negatives: I was sent to three rooms: 1st: Room's toilet, broken, no shower curtain. 2nd: Room not cleaned. 3rd: Room no shower curtain. We had been traveling all day, it was 12 am so we stayed but will never stay there again!

Negatives: Carpet were never vacuumed and needed cleaning. Kitchen faucet dripping. Small toilet and shower area. Hair on floors in bathroom area. Attitude of front desk employees. It was like you were bothering them. No toilet paper in public bathroom by vending.

Positives: There were roaches all over the room, we had to leave.
Negatives: The property is unsafe. People place rocks in the exterior doors to keep them open While smoking. Which means anyone has access to the rooms after dark. Outside of the property was littered with trash in rear.
