My blind in room wasn't work ask front about it and offered to put in another room I declined I was content with the room and the offer to change great experience

I've stayed here numerous times and check-in is always problematic. Nobody is at the front desk, or their computer system is down, or the employee is just painfully slow -- it's ALWAYS something. I dread check-in even thought the hotel is great.
