The area was nice and quiet.

I called the hotel about an issue I was having and the staff that answered was unprofessional and rude…she couldn’t help me with my issue ( I did didn’t get her name) like she didn’t want to help me..so she transferred my call to the manager’s voicemail so I could leave a voicemail and I did but never got a call back.
