I did not like the additional charge for parking which apparently started this week but was not identified as an additional charge on booking.com or traveladvisor.com. In my opinion this deceptive marketing and will result in me NOT staying at any Hyatt Place hotel in the Atlanta area or any Hyatt Place since I assume this is their new way of conducting business.

The hotel has a very bad odor. The rooms have a severe odor. I changed rooms 3 times. One had a severe cigarette smell and this is a non smoking hotel. The staff is not trained well at all. The upper management giggles and gossips all day. Rude.
