Very close to Ameris Bank amphitheatre and things to do/restaurants nearby. Beds were pretty comfortable room was spacious.

Exactly what I need after...
Positives:
It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was:
-clean
-there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax
-there was a gym
-room was big and very clean
-there was a microwave in the room
-there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee
-the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with
-the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal

I am not sure, but it seemed like there were some homeless people in the hotel during the breakfast, but maybe that is just how some of the guests look like...

The sheets were not changed - I found hair and crumbs in the bed. I had just got off of work and was so tired, I put towels over the bed and slept on top of the covers in my outside clothes. The shower had mold in it. The room was full of ants. The elevator was broken. I felt like I was in a motel.

Rooms were dirty, our sheets were dirty. Breakfast was a joke! Staff allowed same individuals (5) to take 5-6 plates to their room and kept coming back for more, while most of us sat and had to wait for food to be replaced because they were allowed yo take as much as there hands could carry!
