Positives:
The carpet looked fairly new, which was nice.
Negatives:
AFTER booking my room online and paid for it, when I went to check in at the hotel I was then informed of a $175 deposit due as well. While it was refundable after checkout, it would’ve been nice to have known about that beforehand. The comforters had some stains on them. When we returned Saturday evening, room service clearly had not been to our room. Our dirty towels had not been picked up, trash had not been picked up, and I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, etc.

Positives:
We LOVED the cleanliness and updates to the facility.
Negatives:
There is a $175 deposit upon checking in.. nothing prepared us for that prior to arriving. Its a no smoking facility but many times smelt weed in the elevator, hallways, etc. We experienced loud people on our floor every night. Slamming doors, excessively knocking, yelling, talking loudly in the hallway. It made us a little uneasy.

Clean, but maybe invest in some ear plugs haha.

Location is great! Many restaurants and shops/stores located within walking distance.
Negatives:

Positives:
It was clean
Negatives:
I went through 7 keys. They usually did not work. It was very frustrating. There were no eggs or yogurt for breakfast. Another person said they were possibly coming but I didn’t stay long enough to eat them.

Breakfast needs help. Keys may or may not work.
Positives:
Breakfast and location were great! staff was wonderful
Negatives:
Bathtub did not drain very well so you stood in water when you took a shower, but the water pressure was awesome

Positives:
It was clean and the room was spacious. The location was ideal for my concert. The bed was comfortable
Negatives:
I do wish there had been more fruit at breakfast (I may have missed it). And the elevator was slow which is understandable as there is only one. Also the remote in 409 was very frustrating to use. I would have to push the buttons several times for it move.

Positives:
Very clean and cozy facility
Negatives:
Was not upfront about the $175 additional deposit fee until arrival. The room itself total was $130 but they placed $175 on hold in case there were damages. They told us to just leave the key cards on the desk in the mo

Positives:
Good location
Negatives:
The hotel was just okay nothing special. The breakfast was a definite no for me, not worth it at all. You can also hear everything from the rooms next door and above the walls are way too thin. Didn’t really get a restful stay.

It was just OK
Positives:
The location
Negatives:
I’m a travel agent with Out Of My Bubble Adventures, and I stayed at this hotel during my son’s Fall Break 2025. As someone who visits hotels frequently for client recommendations, I always document my stays. Upon arrival, I was informed I couldn’t record in the lobby — even though it was completely empty. That was the first red flag.
After checking into Room 513, everything initially seemed fine — until my son, who is a Type 1 diabetic, discovered a roach crawling in his food moments after setting down his plate. We immediately inspected the room further and found multiple live and dead roaches throughout.
When I went to the front desk to address the issue, the clerk seemed completely unbothered and showed no sense of urgency or concern. He eventually moved us to another room (Room 310) which was also roach-infested.
The only solution offered was a refund, which would take 3–5 business days, leaving us with no choice but to remain in an unsanitary environment. I had to personally purchase roach spray from Walmart just to get through the stay.
For four nights, after spending over $400, the only “compensation” offered was $23. The staff’s lack of hospitality and dismissive attitude made an already bad situation worse. Even the complimentary breakfast was below standard — the pancakes stuck to the waffle maker, the butter tasted off, and the sausages seemed boiled.
To make matters worse, there were dead roaches visible in the hallway, showing that the issue wasn’t isolated to just one room. I have photos and videos to support everything mentioned here.
The clerk mentioned new management took over in March, but that’s no excuse for the condition of this hotel or the poor service.

Overall good stay, clean and comfortable
Negatives:
The WiFi was needed but no code was left. Couldn’t access it rather it be for a game system or sort.
