Positives:
The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. It was convenient to get to friends in the area. The free breakfast was good although the hours were shorter than other places I have stayed and, like most places, the decaf coffee was awful. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
This hotel needs upgrading. We stayed in a two bedroom/ two bath suite which was perfect for our family. However the room was very dark and dingy with a stale smell. The handle on the fridge fell off when we opened it. When we checked in we learned that they charge $5 a day for parking in their lot. I have never had that happen in a hotel of this type and suburban location.

Hallways had an odor possibly due to construction on the wing I was in. They were in process of major renovation on that floor.

That we could have a family of 4 in a suite without sharing an actual bedroom!
Negatives:
Slightly overpriced, parking should be free since it’s onsite and not city/street side or parking deck parking, smelled like marijuana in certain places inside the building and in our room, no toilet paper in the bathrooms near the lobby, very cheap/thin toilet paper in guest rooms, very few snacks and drinks available for purchase, breakfast didn’t last long enough (7am-10am would be ideal, not 7-9).

Location was great. Breakfast was offered but unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it due to our schedule. The room was big and spacious like a small apartment. Everything was clean. Beds were comfy.
Negatives:
There needed to be a bigger trash can for the mini kitchen area. Staying with family and having kids with you, especially small ones, the trash adds up.
