Bad service. They didn’t have place for us for breakfast because the hotel is taking outside visitors at the restaurant. We were hungry and didn’t have any alternative. They explained to us that over the weekend they don’t have place for breakfast for hotel guests. Not recommended at all. Small rooms as well

Everything that you would expect...
Positives:
We loved the lobby, it had access to Starbucks without leaving the hotel + it had the nice bar and restaurant in the lobby as well. The room was clean, comfortable, and met expectations. Loved the hotel being around so many nice shops and restaurants, the perfect quick nice get away.
Negatives:
I don't have a lot of complaints here. The larger charge without warning due to the security deposit, that should be returned, would have been nice to get that warning. Wish I didn't have to pay extra for parking either.

The location is great and I felt comfortable walking around on my own. The staff did send up a bottle of wine as an apology for the things that were wrong with the room.
Negatives:
The water in the hotel is set to lukewarm, which is the last thing you want when expecting a nice hot shower (when I called about it they said they would send up maintenanc, but this is the last thing I wanted to deal with on my night away). The towels were very low quality, thin and scratchy. There were no extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Also, the phone in the room did not work.
I expected so much more from a hotel at this location.

My go to hotel when...
Positives:
The hotel was very clean, and the room was nice, but more importantly the staff were extremely nice, helpful and no one was rude, very pleasant stay.

It took us 20 minutes just to get valet. Once checking in the elevators were broken except for one and there was a huge line of people including handicapped customers waiting which was terrible. The check in registers were not working properly and that took forever swiping credit card. Later that same day trying to leave for our restaurant reservation, my husband who had a total knee replacement waited for the elevator and I decided to walk down the stairs to make room. I get down and I’m inside the laundry room where I yell for help and a maid walks me thru the kitchen and executive offices finally reaching the lobby!!!! This happened twice and no one who worked there could tell us where the stairs were to go up. The towels were scratchy and hard. Checking out, the register system went down again and the elevators were STILL not fully functioning. This is a big NO for us.
