The location was within walking distance to Ameris which was helpful and there was ample parking.
Negatives:
We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they gave us a room with one queen bed and a very small pull-out loveseat that was incredibly uncomfortable. The hotel had weird smells and looked like it needed updating. Very disappointed.

Nothing I was lied to by Priceline staff that there was a bar at this hotel as well as website! It says there is a bar at the hotel and a poolside bar. When I called after booking they said they dont even have bars or sell any alcohol.
Negatives:
I called Priceline 20 minutes after booking to inform them there was no bar and cancel reservation and made a new reservation at the Westin Hotel that had a bar. Priceline and hotel refuse to issue me the refund and Im going to start disputing w/ bank!

OMG Odette was a freaking awesome welcome wagon. She had us in stitches. The property was clean well stocked and amazing. Breakfast was excellent and to be honest it was a 5 star all day long.

We were greeted by Gwens beautiful smile when we arrived, she was very warm and accommodating and treated us like old friends even though we had never met her before. That evening as we were headed to a concert she saw us leaving and came out to ask us if everything was good in our room, and asked if we were happy with the room. The next morning we went to breakfast at the property which was nicely done. On our way out of the breakfast Gwen stepped into the hall to ask if we enjoyed the concert, the breakfast and again asked if everything was good with our room. Gwen was there at checkout too, she told us it was a pleasure having us stay at the property, she told us she hoped we would have a safe trip home, and she told us they would love to have us return to stay there next time we came to Atlanta. She was amazing! It was the best treatment I have ever gotten at a hotel (I have stayed in a lot of hotels). Thank you Gwen for a wonderful stay!
