We got there at midnight and nobody at desk. 10 minutes later she showed up. System was down. She gave us our room anyway. Went back to desk at 6:15am and again at 7 am to sign paper, again nobody at desk. Dont know where employees were

Took a long while for an attendant to come to counter at check-in. Only came out from behind a closed door after I called the property on my cell phone while standing at the desk. He then told me that I could only stay if I had cash because their credit card machine was down. It took several minutes and firm argument from me to convince him that I should be given my room key as my card was on file from the online booking and their equipment issue should not mean I am stranded with no room to stay in.
