It was loud and I didn’t sleep all night. I was put on the first floor by the laundry room and the ice machine and I could hear it during the night. The people above me were moving around a lot during the night and someone on the first floor was letting the door slam shut. I was on call for work and wasn’t able to sleep. The lady at the desk didn’t tell me that they charge an extra fee when I got there and later I noticed an extra charge on my card. It would’ve been nice to know. She didn’t ask what payment method I wanted to use and automatically used the payment that I used to book and I was standing there with my card out ready to pay.

Room 206. The room appeared to be older and in need of some renovation. The towel rack was loose from the wall. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely and the veneer was peeling off the back. The tub had been painted and it was peeling. Two light fixtures in the bathroom was rusted and another was missing the cover. The shower curtain was almost too short and kept coming out of the tub. The back stairwell needed painting.
