Lots of vagrants near. We were on the 5th floor and could hear ALL the outside noise throughout the night. No microwave or continental breakfast. Bathroom was extremely small, nowhere to hang towels

The location is horrible. We had homeless people in the gated yard. So we call the front desk and staff member stated they can’t do anything. The person jumped over the fence and left. The pool was out of order. Also, several cars was vandalized.
The manager said this is good compared to years ago. He also said if you go over to the Aquarium you might get shot. I explain to him I will post this on social media.
