My plane was delayed, and when I arrived to the hotel at 2:30 am, I stood outside for an hour ringing the bell to check in. A security guard drove my and told me that no one was there, and that I had to find another hotel.
Multiple people had this happen to them that night and we received no communication from the hotel.

The was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in, and the staff was super nice!
Negatives:
The breakfast took way too long. This was literally our only complaint. And when I looked in the window the lady would be on her phone while there was 4 orders I know needing to be done. One lady ended up just walking away after we waited 30 minutes for some literally waffles that just needed to be heated up.
