The staff at Aloft is A+++++++ Ritz Carlton level service. I can’t say enough. They are informative and so helpful! I will stay there every time I’m in Atlanta. It’s so convenient to market and they are so accommodating. Kudos to management and all the staff!

We like the location and the comfy of the bed
Negatives:
The staffs went in our room and half ass changing the sheet of 1 bed, they then realized we didnt want our room to be cleaned. Instead at least fixing the bed they were changing. They left as it is. The sheet of 1 bed is completely taken off, the pillows are all on the dirty floor. We called and asked them for new blanket but they never provided. We had to come downstairs again and took 1 extra blankets by ourselves. That night, my friend had to sleep on a bed with not sheet, no pillow and tiny ass blanket.

I liked the lobby area. It’s welcoming and open. However, the staff are not so friendly.

the staff are not so friendly. Most of them don’t even smile when you encounter them. The cleanliness in the rooms are TRASH!! I found an eyelash on my son’s bed after he slept in it and we found multiple stains on the sheets. Unbelievable!!
