The room we ended up getting was nice
Negatives:
They gave is the wrong room to start with, then tried to put us in a cheap room but we complained so they moved us a tired time to a really nice room.

Front desk staff was incredibly accommodating as I had recently had hip
Surgery. Moved me to a different room- improvised and created a handicap friendly scenario. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Cappuccino at the club daily was great. But overall- excellent
Negatives:
Club member snacks and happy hour were sparse, tasteless, no variety and hugely disappointing considering what we pay to upgrade. Please fix this.
