My toilet was too low for me and my husband.
The second night my bed was not made or clean towels hadn't been replaced. But the next night we came back everything was clean. And the light came through the bottom of the doorway was a little uncomfortable for me

We reserved a double room. The first room we got was filthy. Hair on the bed and the desk was covered in what appeared to be syrup but the a/c worked. The 2nd room was cleaner but had burn marks on the tub and the a/c wasn’t cooling. Luckily we were able to open the window slightly and get some air. When we pulled out the sofa bed bc this room was a king bed the sheets had something on them. It appeared as though they had not been checked after the last rental. I have never stayed at a hotel that the indoor pool doesn’t open until 11am and closes at 8 pm.

Beds were small and thin. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Dirty Q-tips and bottle tops were left in the room on the floor and in the beds. Stains were on the comforter. Entire hotel smells like weed. Rooms weren’t together as promised. Breakfast was just waffles and cereal not as advertised. Pool area doesn’t look like photos which is why we originally booked this hotel. Pool water was freezing cold so the kids refused to even swim. All in all just know you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and get a better room somewhere else.

The place was not clean....
Positives:
The area that it is in close to Six Flags right down the street from local shopping and restaurants. Indoor pool. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant.
Negatives:
There is no elevator. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and our room had bad smell. Also, there was a lot of foot traffic and loudness all through the night. The pool closes at 8 PM which isn’t very realistic for people that are sightseeing or going to the theme park. And it is not heated.

Odor upon walking into front lobby.
Large yellow stains on top layer of bed linens.
Moved to another room .. new room with stopped up sink and shower.. refrigerator with red juice spills, makeup on the walls, microwave with wrong non fitting turn glass, food splatters on the walls, light bulb out.
Just unacceptable. Breakfast was pathetic.. large tub of margarine for everyone to use and margarine had about 10 percent left, so possible everyone hands were touching the inside walls trying to get some out.

Honestly, I am terribly disappointed! I have stayed at many Baymonts, and this was awful!

The room was not cleaned very well. There was stuff all over the bathroom. Hall was so strong with weed smell that we rushed through the hall. There was no soap, no shampoo. One half roll of toliet paper.I wanted my money back and begged my husband to leave, but we knew we wouldn't get money back, so we might as well stay. WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN !!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

The hotel and room had a smell. My sheets were not clean, not was my tub. The ice bucket had what appeared to be ashes in it. The pool was advertised to be open until 10, but when I arrived there was a sign stating it closed at 8.
