The breakfast was hot and delivered in a timely manner . We were offered a $50 gift card even though the breakfast was suppose to be free. The staff is not very friendly from checkout to breakfast. The valet guys were pretty good

The omelet was burnt and the service was nice but a little bit sarcastic when we asked her about breakfast . We could not enjoy the lobby after 8 it felt like a club with lots of people that weren’t staying at the hotel. The employees aren’t very friendly .

I reserved a high-level skyline king room, and did not get that. I made the reservation over a month prior to the stay and was told that they ran out of king rooms. This is disheartening due to the fact that I am a loyal customer. I travel to Atlanta 12 to 15 times out of the year and every time I reserve a room at this hotel. The young lady assigned the room and charged my card without telling me that they change the room. I went up to the room and realized this is not what I reserved. The hotel attendant gave the excuse that they ran out, however, the price of the room, which was almost $500 did not change. This is unacceptable for loyal customers or anyone for that matter.
