Shuttle bus system is a mess. We waited 45 mins (at 11pm with 2 very young children) then missed it because nobody called to say it had arrived and the writing is a tiny sticker on the side was tiny. Unable to reach hotel for guidance re the next one, there should have been another according to their website but it never came. Another driver for a different hotel who took pity on us and gave us a lift eventually. It was now 12:30am, we then had to wait 45 mins in reception to check in as it was one person who was also serving people buying food.
Booked because it was close to the airport and we had an overnight change, took so long to get to the bed it defeated the point.
Bed comfortable. Shower didn't work.
Morning shuttle arrived and we caught it as we were stood outside waiting. However, the driver parked put of sight of the reception area so we had to walk around awkwardly into path, didn't help with bags or communicate at all.He left a few mins early, we overheard the hotel reception call him as people were waiting in reception and had missed the shuttle- he said he had been there 10 mins and left on time - this was blatently untrue.

only 1 bar of soap to wash hands and take a shower. no real creamer for the coffee, you need a key to use the restroom in the lobby.
