Positives:
The hospitality of the staff was wonderful!! The location was exceptional. We were in town to attend a wedding, and the location was only 6 miles away.
Negatives:
This was my family, and I 3rd time staying at this hotel and location. For whatever reason, the room was extremely humid, stuffy, and hot. I had to turn the thermostat down to 67 in order to get a little air going. We stayed two nights in this heat! We will be back this summer to try again. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I let the front desk know. She added 10,000 reward pts. However, I thought they should have given us a portion of our money back or at least a one night free stay. It takes 60,000 plus points just for a one night stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

I was unable to use the TV because there was a remote control missing from the room. Maintenace brought a replacement remove as soon as I asked. I could not figure out the shower which was probably a personal problem but was annoying nevertheless. I had stopped and asked a gentleman working in the restaurant what time breakfast started since I had an early morning flight. He indicated 5am. I sent down at 5:30 to catch a 6am Uber and they were just putting out the coffee. There was no breakfast. With the amount of money my company paid for the room I should have at least gotten a bagel.
