Location to the local arenas is great.
Negatives:
Not clean ( hair on floor of bathroom, dirty sink, food crumbs all over the couch, sticky, maybe urine, on bathroom floor) needs serious updating, day staff rude, low on basic sunlike toilet paper, no clear signs regarding a charge for breakfast outside the door, no clear notification there will be a $25 early check in fee, even if it was just and hour!
