Near downtown. Able to walk to most places including Mercedes Benz stadium
Negatives:
Very outdated hotel. Rooms were not clean and furniture/ beds were terrible. Beds were very uncomfortable. Springy dated matress with sheets that didn’t fit which caused you to sleep on the mattress itself most nights. The wood on the Bathroom vanity was warped and had significant water damage. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way and took all your strength to get it to close any. Only 1 working elevator for the 4th floor which was 2 long hallways down from our room. Breakfast buffet was not impressive nor worth $21 a person. The hotel seemed to be in a rough part of Atlanta and didn’t feel safe some nights.

Housekeeping cleaning only done every 3rd day - I've never come across that in a hotel. The same nightly room rate applies, yet quality is cut by the service delivery

The elevator was broken had to take three flights of stairs with luggage, could not get phone cord for the phone in the room, could not get light bulb for lamp (Asked 3 tines), and finally the night of the event the ceiling busted and water poured from the ceilings.

Nothing this time. I have been coming to this property for an annual convention for years now and this was by far the WORST experience ever!
Negatives:
The 1st room assigned was damp smelling and the wallpaper was buckling from the walls. The 2nd room had no heat and wasn't very clean and suspected bed bugs. The grand ballroom where our main event was held on Saturday, water began to pour from the ceiling and then the ceiling began to collapse! I moved to a friend's suite after being told that they didn't have any more suites available as I was willing to pay for an upgrade.
