The room smelled like smoke and felt really old-fashioned. I paid $600 for two nights, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. It’s pretty shabby and rundown, definitely lacking in quality.

Location but other than that, there’s nothing to like. We paid for the room that’s supposed to be executive suite with a nice view on the 8th floor. Instead, the receptionist said that room was not available and gave us a room with two horrible queen beds. The suite that we paid for was almost three hundred dollars, but the one they gave us probably cost barely a hundred. They did not offer to reimburse us. Instead, they gave us two breakfast coupons, which frankly that breakfast was like a Motel 6 quality breakfast.
Negatives:
Bad service, the first receptionist was rude. Instead of the room that we booked and paid for, executive suite,they gave us queen size bed suite. The self parking is not available, they take your car for valet parking for 55 dollars overnight. they also place incidental fee hold on your card of a hundred dollars which is supposed to be returned, not sure about that. The bathroom was extremely small and very outdated. Cigarette smoke was present in the room, just disgusting.

Property was essentially located downtown Atlanta. The visual aesthetics were nice. It was just a lot going on. There were pageants and other activities which had a lot of children running around.

The parking is crazy very dangerous to leave. The property parking is very expensive 50 a day.

The hotel is located in downtown (which is not a great area) but good if you are in Atlanta for a convention or a conference.

Rooms and amenities were dirty, NOT worth it to stay there. I do not understand the amenity fee (27 dollars per night).

I loved the valet parking, the outside seating and the kids had a blast at the pool. It was great being within walking distance of everywhere.
