That it is across the street from a parking garage.
Negatives:
- They tried to convince me that it is cheaper to valet park my car with them for $50 than to park it in the parking garage across the street! It turned out that it was not true because one day in the parking garage is just $28.
- Not so helpful front desk employee.

- They didn’t even put drinking water in the room.

I loved this room so much! It was so clean! The bathroom was so spacious and immaculate. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel & will definitely be back!
Negatives:
The staff would sometimes get a bit overwhelmed at the front desk and there would only be one person working. Two front desk personnel at all times would be best.

The facility was clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was in walkkng distance to the Hyatt which the conference I attended was being held. It was also easy to find for lyft drivers. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. I will definitely stay at this location again

Few homeless people outside the library, which is right next to it. But they didn't bother me.
