I booked a king room was given a room with double beds. After going to the room, i went downstairs told the attendant which no apology, no financial offer, asked at 11pm do i want to cancel my reservation. I will never stay at that courtyard again. Very displeased by the way i as treated.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was well appointed and had a nice mix of public and private spaces; the business center was very helpful, the restaurant offered great options for dinner and breakfast, and I had a very comfortable bed - it met all my needs and more. It was perfectly located for my needs, close to where I was working and close to restaurants and stores without a ton of traffic to deal with. I liked the hotel.
Negatives:
My neighbors and the thickness of the walls. I will never, ever stay in a room that connects to another at this hotel. My neighbors on the connecting side were horribly loud - I could hear their television quite clearly, plus every conversation they had - and although they went to bed at a reasonable hour, they kept me up all night because one of them had some sort of respiratory issue and woke up coughing and spitting every 2 hours and I heard it all (I am usually a very sound sleeper, so when I say it was extreme, it was extreme.) I thought the first night was a fluke, so I didn't ask to be moved, but the second night was worse - I didn't sleep more than 2 hours at a clip for the entire stay, and I went home exhausted. I never heard the neighbors on the other side, so I think it had something to do with the connecting. Also, parking is $10/night, and the lot is never full.

I make a reservation they charge and give my room some body else when I get there they give me another room they charge me again they told me I will get refund and I don’t get any money back then they said they don’t have two charges at their side they told me talk to my bank but on my bank they don’t have any money back from them be careful with extra charges

AWFUL PLACE…FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATION!

It was clean, nice staff, comfy beds.
Negatives:
What I was not happy with was the fact that either someone who was in the room before me or the cleaning lady turned in the alarm clock before I checked into my room. So well before my phone alarm went off, the room alarm in the corner went off. It scared me to death and I thought the building was on fire. Sadly I never got back to sleep after getting scared awake.
