The bartender and the gentleman who upgraded my room.
The rooms need maintenance. My original room had ripped curtains, peeling wallpaper, falling ceiling covering over the bathtub and the carpet and sheets felt damp from moisture in the room. If I had more space to write this would be a book. Disappointed.

Nothing. This was the worst experience of my life.
It was in a terrible location, very difficult to get into. The staff was not friendly. My entire floor smelled like marijuana. When I contacted the front desk they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will never, ever stay at a Crowne Plaza again.

No microwave...no refrigerator..room phones didn't work..the hallways smell of marijuana on several floors
The front desk staff were very accommodating and patient.
The parking situation was not ideal. You have to walk at least a block for self parking and no one really explained how it worked. Had to carry luggage and our dog across the mezzanine from the parking ground because there was no place to unload.
We were placed in a rather dirty room that smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. My girlfriend is asthmatic and we asked to move to another room. The room was freezing cold and the "heat" blew cold air. Promised a refund got nothing.
Location and decor
The last day of my stay, I had no hot water. The price I paid and the star level, I was really shocked that I would be without hot water. I donÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t was very upset that I had to take a wash up in the sink.
They had toothpaste available for me. Location was decent
No fridge. Saw two cockroaches/bed bugs.
The bed was comfortable and check in was easy. We only stayed because it was too late to switch hotels.
Non-complimentary breakfast, rude staff, no parking, we saw roaches on the 4th floor when checking out the amenities, no balcony access, small bathroom, one of our towels had a dead bug on it. Will never return.
