Clean and simple and the location
Negatives:
When checked in, the front desk didn't give us our breakfast vouchers.
When requested to get a late checkout the evening prior, the front desk the next morning said it wasn't put in and the person at the front desk seemed defensive.
The breakfast buffet seemed not to have enough staff. The food ran out and the second morning there were no eggs made because the chef didn't come in.

The host does not provide the invoice even though I asked plenty of times.
The staff wasn't polite and the first sentence could be "what's your problem", or knocking the door and breaking into the room immediately (for house keeping), leaving me no time to refuse

The front desk worker was so rude, she was on the phone with her earphones not even making eye contact with me while I was attempting to her about the FOUR rooms we tried to stay in having blood and hair all on the bed sheets. I had photos of them and she waved me off and said “I don’t need to see photos” and put us into 3 more rooms with tampons in the trash can and chewed gum in the trash can. Then the security proceeds to tell me “I get what I paid for”

The breakfast was Ok, but they are short of staff. Actually they could clean up a space for guests to put dirty dishes away instead of them collecting the dishes themselves.
