My Boyfriend and I visited Atlanta to celebrate our 5th anniversary and the guest services agent, Tyler, made everything more special! At check-in we informed him that we were celebrating our anniversary and he quickly upgraded our room! Tyler also had a nice card, wine, and desserts delivered to our room later that night!
On our last day, we made our way to the bar downstairs and were served the most delicious drinks by Alexis! She was very kind and personable!
Overall, this hotel is amazing. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Whenever I return to Atlanta, I will definitely be staying here again!

It’s a nice hotel. The common areas are pretty and the room is fine.
Negatives:
The air conditioning is completely inadequate in the common areas as well as in guest rooms. The entire hotel was hot and muggy. The front desk staff was a mixed bag. One person was friendly and the rest were standoffish or rude. The bar and restaurant were open for very limited times even though the hotel was extremely busy with a convention.
