When I checked in the lady said she upgraded my room for free, but when I got to my room, it looks smaller than the pictures so I was disappointed about that

All of the flooring on the way to the rooms was terrible the pool area look moldy and rusty and looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 80’s all of the ice machines have mold growing in them and need to be cleaned desperately
