Negatives: The bar area was very poor. The showers were without pressure and the air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off.

Negatives: The complimentary breakfast was not provided every day. The last two days of our stay, there was a sign saying no breakfast today and sorry for the inconvenience. Also, the parking lot did not have a handicap accessible space and it was a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the building. Asked for cleaning of the room, but cleaning did not occur. We stayed for 5 days!

Negatives: PARKING GARAGE NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!!! They ended up parking in the EV spots. I can't blame them, but the EV charger is the sole reason I booked this hotel. Never got to actually use the charger. The $25 parking fee is a total rip off unless you are repeatedly going in and out. For overnight parking, just pay direct. It's only $12. No sidewalk to get out of garage. I dont know how this is even up to code. Room very humid. Got caught in the rain and 2 days later my clothes had still not dried. AC cold, but humid and very loud. Floor really sticky, not sure if it was a humidity issue. Toilet paper holder broken. Poor shower pressure. Metal drain in shower quite loud and annoying. Empty bottle of body wash stuck in the dispenser. Another was provided on floor. No conditioner in room, had to ask for it. Kitchen sink only produces hot scalding water. Queen sized mattress pad on king sized bed. Was overcharged for parking $200. They charged me for 3 vehicles for 3 nights. I had one vehicle for one night. No caffeinated coffee available for room and lobby coffee often empty. I know a lot of these are first world problems, but a hotel charging first world rates should up their game.

Negatives: I did not like that the bar was closed during my stay and that there was no hot breakfast served.

Negatives: Breakfast has very limited options, basically only coffee, juice, bread, bagel and yogurt. I feel a bit disappointed there is even no egg, bacon and waffle offered. Also they won't come to clean your room unless you request or check out.
