Negatives: Friday night the street outside was noisy even though we were on the 11th floor.

Positives: It was very close in proximity to a lot of tourist destinations!
Negatives: I wasn't assigned the room I booked! However, I went back to the main desk and they happily changed my room assignment.

Positives: The location.
Negatives: Rooms are VERY out dated. Our pillow case had black stuff (maybe mascara) on it.The carpets are old and dirty. Largest complaint is bar and restaurant were closed even though the website AND hotel said they were open. They really couldn't give a reason.

Negatives: I didnÂ't like our view as it was just a of the next building. Also, there was no extra support from room service such as ordering a bottle of wine or champagne for my anniversary.

Negatives: the parking situation. it was off site and they did not have vallet parking as I was expecting. the hotel restaurant was closed. it was mentioned in the amenities not a deal breaker but not what i would call 4 star.
