The first room I was in the shower curtain hadn?t been changed the room smelled sour. They moved me to a different room than the air conditioner, went out in the entire building

Of the 3 elevators only one worked. Nothing was done to change that. We had to lug our luggage down the long flight of stairs. Disappointing.

How the front desk treated my family ,also the cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom was not good

The most rowdy hotel with the most distracted , careless and irresponsible front desk staff. We were charged 500 dollars on the same day we checked out for absolutely nothing and we didnt realize for days. These facility is guilty of credit card fraud.

Pool closed at 9. Other hotels close at 10. Scrambled eggs watered down and tasteless. Told upon checking in that I had to pay 20 for parking. Then I had to walk a long ways with my luggage. Never told I had 2 free complimentary drinks that I missed out.

The staff was very unprofessional. After many delays, I called the hotel at 2am to confirm we are still coming, and was told we are over booked, its first come first serve not what you want to hear after every question. Did even ask who I was.

The hotel and area surrounding hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was really good

The beds were super uncomfortable. There were big dips in the middle which made it super difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also the hot tub was a funny green looking color which was a little disappointing.

They did not have extra toilet tissue or facial tissue in the room so when I ran out of both I was out of luck. Also, I wanted bar soap not liquid only.
