Positives:
The location was perfect and the room was exactly what we needed. The staff was good when we arrived but the staff at the front desk on the second day was rather rude.
Negatives:
The pool area: the first day it was great, but the second day it was cold and the area was chilly which was weird for an indoor swimming pool. Again the front desk staff on the 2nd day was very rude.
