The room was clean and odor free although the hallways smelled.
Negatives:
AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. Rooms were a floor apart that we had requested close rooms. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast was very slim. Staff couldn’t find second reservation, I helped him locate the booking.com reservation that matched mine. During a busy time, the staff (one gentleman) seemed to have a lot of requests and duties, handled it well, but seemed a bit overwhelming. Location is tricky for GPS to navigate to. Appears just off of 75 but it is not as easy as it looks.

The hotel isnt suitable for more than 1 night or people on vacation. The hallway smells weed, some people (homeless?)actually lives there, saw few people having grill on parking lot. The window doesnt open. The AC doesnt work.

I was charged twice for my stay and they were not accommodating at all.
