Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Room needs some work. Shower has mold growing and the floor was dirty. Only reason I noticed it was I walked around in my white socks and my socks were black.
The lock is broken off so no additional security for the room.

The room was in terrible condition with a white substance that was all around the parameters of the room. What is this I said when we saw it on the bedhead, bathroom door and bathroom. Need I say more about how disgusting this was. It flared my bronchitis and still I have no idea what my husband and I breathed in. The front desk staff did not hesitate to offer the refund with no hesitation, so we respected this attitude, however we had to walk to the next-door hotel where it was clean and well kept. This was literally a roach motel, shelter with homeless people hanging around. This was the worst experience we have had a a very long time. WE were afraid we will have bedbugs if we say on the bed and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I would like a receipt of my refund emailed to me at chrbersop@yahoo,com. As well as a refund for my stay at the Hilton which I was forced to stay in because of the hotel's negligence. Please contact me at 646-228-9582.

The front desk lady was very unfriendly. While I was waiting outside, there were bugs and insects all over the floor and I was really worried about staying there. Turns out, I did a late checkin so they cancelled my reservation without even informing me. for good or bad I didn't get to stay there but wanted to share my horrible experience.
