The manager Caroline was very professional and nice. She tried her best to work with me.

When I first got there, the room was so dirty. I took a video. The bathtub was full of mold and it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Also, I didn’t like that. I had been renting a little over a month there and they know that I always paid and then in the end, they were like rushing me to get out The night before the lady told me I had till 10 PM to pay. I unfortunately fell asleep and didn’t wake up until the next morning for them to tell me that they would not accept any more payments from me instead of letting me speak and tell them why I hadn’t paid. I had fell asleep. I was exhaustedand that is very frustrating. I am literally in the street right now with nowhere to go. Thanks, Extended Stay.

I was lied to by the front desk attendant about getting my deposit back upon check out. When I went to check out the next morning, there was no one at the desk to help with checkout until 10 am which is absolutely absurd considering most people do not stay that long. There was another person that had been waiting there for over an hour when we came down to checkout. They advertise as being pet friendly but there was no grass in sight for my service dog to relieve herself. They said there was a trash can with waste bags for dogs on the property but there were no waste bags there with the can so it was completely useless unless you had your own bags. The other guests were allowed to be obnoxiously loud very late into the night and someone else’s child tried to enter our room when we were walking in for the first time. The floors were filthy and sticky everywhere you went. There was half a bowl of what appeared to be Mac and cheese spilled in the lobby and nobody around to clean it up or care about it.

When we arrived we were told "were overbooked, your rooms been canceled". When asked why they didn't contact us or contact booking.com to notify us they said "we called once and that's all we HAVE to do". I asked if they left a message with any information or directions to call back to find out about the cancelation they said "No, we didn't leave a voicemail. We don't have to, and you booked through a 3rd party so call them". I contacted booking.com, they sent an email with no response so booking.com canceled our reservation as "canceled by property" and was told there would be no charge to my card.. Within 10 minutes the Hotel charged my card and when I called they said "Call guest relations on Monday. nothing we will do for you."
