Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: The front desk person was very nice and pleasant.
Negatives: Very dusty, stains on carpet, room smelled very stale, chipped paint on walls; holes in closet, with no doors, no hangers, broken shelf on floor; bathroom had stains in sink and tub; sink was separating from wall-seemed unsafe; kitchen outdated and old.

Positives: Convient to what we were doing, close to grocery and restaurants.
Negatives: No ice machine on property, had to go across the street to buy a bag. No coffee? Like anywhere, front desk closes at 8pm and was not open when we checked out.

Positives: Location, bed comfort, air conditioning.
Negatives: You have kitchens in these suites. What good is a kitchen if there are no utensils, or cookware? No tissues, pens or paper. The lack of these items were not mentioned in the hotel description - you need to be open about that. One of the top drawers in the dresser would not stay closed, and it scared the dog every time it opened on it's own. We have also never been to any motel or hotel without any coffee maker. What is that all about? Very poor check-in procedure, and poor corporate-based customer service -THIS IS CORPORATE'S FAULT!!! Customers need good customer service, and if no one is immediately available at the desk, it is very bad service. When anyone is there, the customer service can be good, but only up to the point that corporate allows. Corporations need to understand that they are the cause of any customer dissatisfaction..., NOT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! Also, your customers do not appreciate having to work for you (for no pay) with these questionnaires, that put your hard-working employees at risk! That isn't fair!

Positives: I liked that it was close to Truist Park, as we were there for a Braves game. I also really liked the front desk guy! I can’t remember his name but he was very friendly!!
Negatives: It constantly smelled of weed and cigarettes. Our door keys did not work, as we had to get 2 different sets of them. The fire alarm went off for over 24 hours. There was no breakfast as advertised. The elevator almost broke with us on it (twice!), and was broken when we checked out. Also, when we checked out, there was nobody there to check us out.

Positives: NOTHING!
Negatives: After getting several conformation emails from Booking.com, we were told when we arrived (at 3:10 pm) that our room was not available! It was given to the person who wanted to extend their stay and the only thing we could do was take a room with one bed, and a sofa. My sister-in-law and I are older adults and neither one of us is able to sleep on a sofa, or share a bed. This was a nightmare! Especially since we booked months in advance to be told upon arrival that they had given our room away. We had booked several events with prepaid and non-refundable tickets, but with no place to stay! We had to go to another hotel chain and spend more money for the last minute reservation. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!! Your mess up ruined our trip and cost us $200 more!
