My room was dirty. The carpet on the floor was soaked with water and I had to get sheets from the front desk to cover the floor so we could walk on the floor. The shower faucet did not work unless I used a screw driver to turn the shower on and off, except the faucet never turned off completely and ran all night.

Location and price point is great for the area. The staff was friendly, the AC worked wonderfully and the room was ready on time.
Negatives:
The carpets were so stained and disgusting!! Almost sticky in feeling. Microwave was dirty. Faucets were rusted. Couch cushions caved in. Thin blankets. Saw a large and a small baby roach in the room also.

The hallways, breakfast area, and rooms were nasty. It appears as if no one vacuums the hallways or sweeps the breakfast area. There were snotty tissues and cigarette butts in the floor all weekend long. It is especially concerning in the breakfast area. The bathroom and sink in my room were filthy. Full of grime and hair from the previous occupants

We got there they gave us the stuff for the room we actually rented. The manager says don’t mind all
The stuff up stairs there was a flood and all the rooms were flooded. I checked yours it’s fine. He gives me the blankets and sheets for the couch bed. Get to the room it only has 1 queen bed, no couch bed or separate room. I go back down and tell him it’s not the right room. He looks at my phone and says oh yes your right it’s not. Let me get you another room. Some other guy comes out and tells him there are no more rooms like that. Mind you there are 3 of us. So that room he gave us will not work. Him and the other guy goes out to “check” a room for us. Gone 2 min definitely not enough time to check a room. Comes back and says it wasn’t there fault that it didn’t come through on the computer as what I booked. I said sir you told me what room I had when I Checked in and gave me the stuff for the bed. He just looked at me. He said he would call the other properties. And I told him no I wanted a refund. So they refunded me and I booked another stay through here with candle suites.
