Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the desk/dining area. Location was great, close to interstates, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee/donut shops, gas stations, parks and walking trails very close. Washer and dryers worked well, dryers last 45 minutes so gets all the clothes dry in one setting.
Negatives:
The appliances; refrigerator and microwave were very old, and rusted up. It was very difficult to get the microwave door to open and close. The elevator is in need of serious repair.
The bathroom light blew. I called the front desk and was told they would call maintenance to replace the bulb. By the time I checked out a few days later, the bulb still wasn't replaced. This was a simple fix and should've been corrected timely. I was also told by the front desk guy he would check with the manager to see if I could get some type of credit applied to my bill, I never heard anything back on that. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packets, very small muffins, and coffee. Parking was tight, if you didn't get back to the hotel by a certain time you would have to park far down the lot to find a parking space. Tv kept losing the signal. Wifi costs $1.99 hour to stream movies, or have video calls.
