Our 1st room was dirty, there was a towel in fridge and water on the floor. But the staff member was very kind and changed us to clean room in that moment.

When we got to our room it was already occupied so we had to be moved to a king room with only 1 bed for three adults.

Other than the room situation...
Positives:
Nothing,room had roaches,was forced to move to another hotel at 10.45 pm.Management could not give us another room due to hotel being full.We were issued a refund.We should get some compensation for having to go out in the cold to another hotel.Luckily the Best Western was a few minutes away.We were forced to spend an extra 100.00 for the room at the Best Western.It is shameful to put people in rooms knowing they are not up to standard.Called to speak to manager on the 20th,he did not speak to me ,he just told the employees to issue refund.I only received 1 night refund,had to call hotel to complain,was issued 2nd night refund after complaining.Hotel is also filthy outside,homeless people hanging around the parking lot.Would never go back there.
